ITS APPLICATION

For the first use, do not rotate the dial at the bottom since the appropriate amount of the product is already extended.

After the first use, put the cap on the bottom of the container and slowly rotate until it clicks once or twice to twist out the product. Apply directly to lips or use a lip brush.
